"UNMOZI" Children's Privacy Policy

The MOZI platform (including certain features or services of the MOZIT App and MOZI website, hereinafter referred to as "MOZI") attaches great importance to the protection of children's personal information (referring to minors under the age of fourteen, hereinafter the same) and is committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of child users of "UNMOZI".
The "UNMOZI" Children's Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") and the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy are intended to explain to guardians (referring to a child's parents or other guardians, hereinafter referred to as "guardian" or "you") and children (referring to the ward) how "UNMOZI" collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects children's personal information, as well as the personal information management methods provided to you and children, such as access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. Before using "UNMOZI", please read and thoroughly understand this Policy together with the child; important terms that may be closely related to your and the child's rights and interests are highlighted in bold for your special attention.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, the definitions of terms and abbreviations used in this Policy are the same as those in the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and similar provisions in the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy, this Policy or specially formulated statements shall prevail. Matters not covered in this Policy shall be governed by the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy.
Special Notice for Guardians:
If your ward is under the age of fourteen, please read, understand, and decide whether to agree to all contents of this Policy. "UNMOZI" hopes that you will work with us to protect children's personal information, properly educate and guide children to enhance their awareness and ability to protect personal information, and instruct, remind, and require children to obtain your explicit consent before using "UNMOZI". If you do not agree to part or all of this Policy, you and the child may not be able to normally use some or all functions of "UNMOZI".

As you are a minor under the age of fourteen, you need to read this Policy carefully together with your parents or other guardians, and you may only use "UNMOZI" or provide us with your information after obtaining the explicit consent of your parents or other guardians.

  I. How "UNMOZI" Collects and Uses Children's Personal Information
When children use "UNMOZI", except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, "UNMOZI" will only collect and use children's personal information when it complies with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements and obtains your explicit consent, or when it is necessary to protect minors.
Since children's personal information actively provided by you and the child and collected by "UNMOZI" with authorization are all sensitive personal information, please carefully protect children's personal information. Active provision or authorized collection represents your consent for "UNMOZI" to process children's personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy and the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy.
If "UNMOZI" needs to collect and use children's personal information beyond the above scope, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.
II. How "UNMOZI" Processes Children's Personal Information
"UNMOZI" will strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and agreements with you, and fulfill obligations and exercise rights related to processing children's personal information in accordance with the purposes, methods, and scope of sharing, transfer, and public disclosure described in this Policy and the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy. Except for the above circumstances, "UNMOZI" will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose children's personal information with any third party without your and the child's consent.
III. How "UNMOZI" Stores Children's Personal Information
"UNMOZI" will adopt encryption and other technical measures to store children's personal information and ensure information security. In principle, "UNMOZI" will retain children's personal information for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing children's personal information. Please refer to Section VI "How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information" in the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy for details on how "UNMOZI" stores children's personal information.
IV. How "UNMOZI" Protects Children's Personal Information
To safeguard children's information security, "UNMOZI" will make reasonable and necessary efforts within existing technical capabilities to adopt physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect children's information and prevent children's personal information from illegal copying, unauthorized access, downloading, disclosure, and alteration.
If a personal information security incident such as a data breach is confirmed, "UNMOZI" will immediately take remedial measures to prevent the incident from expanding. If children's personal information is involved, we will inform you of the relevant circumstances through message notifications, announcements, and other means. At the same time, we will report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required. Please refer to Section VI "How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information" in the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy for details on how "UNMOZI" protects children's personal information.
V. Your Rights
"UNMOZI" will use technical means as much as possible to ensure that you and children can access, correct, and delete children's personal information, cancel children's registered accounts, or change the scope of authorized consent. Please refer to Section V "Your Rights" in the "UNMOZI" Privacy Policy for details on how you and children can exercise the aforementioned rights.
If you find that "UNMOZI" has collected children's personal information without your consent, please contact "UNMOZI" as soon as possible, and "UNMOZI" will endeavor to delete the relevant data promptly.
Please note that if you and the child delete certain children's personal information on your own, request us to delete it, or withdraw authorization for certain children's personal information, the child user may not be able to continue using all or part of the services of "UNMOZI". At the same time, the decision to withdraw authorization will not affect information processing previously carried out based on your and the child's authorization.

If you have any questions about this Policy or other matters related to the protection of children's personal information, you can contact online customer service within the app for feedback, consultation, and complaints. "UNMOZI" will review the relevant issues as soon as possible within 15 business days and provide a timely response after verifying your user identity.
VIII. Wuxi Guniu Technology Co., Ltd. retains the final interpretation rights for all products and services related to the MOZI platform.
