无锡古牛科技有限公司(以下简称“我们”)是MOZI平台,包括UNMOZI App的安卓版以及其他的软件开发运营者,我们深知个人信息对您的重要性,并会尽全力保护您个人信息的安全。本隐私协议将向您阐述我们如何收集、使用您的个人信息并帮助您了解您的权利,请在使用我们的服务前,仔细阅读并了解本隐私协议。请尤其注意本隐私协议中加粗、划线的内容并确定了解我们对您个人信息的处理规则。如您有任何疑问,可联系我们的客服进行咨询; 如您不同意协议中的任何条款,您应立即停止访问和使用我们的产品。

一、定义
个人信息:指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。个人敏感信息:指一旦泄露、非法提供或者滥用可能危害人身和财产安全,极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等个人信息。 个人敏感信息包括身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、银行账号、通信记录和内容、财产信息、征信信息、行踪轨迹、住宿信息、健康生理信息、交易信息、14岁以下(含)儿童的个人信息等。 为便于您在阅读时有所警觉,我们会在本协议中对涉及个人敏感信息的内容以字体加粗、加下划线的方式提示您注意。
二、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
在您使用MOZI软件及服务时,我们会根据合法、正当、必要的原则来收集您的个人信息,并保证仅将收集到的您的个人信息用于提升和改善您的使用体验。
(一)保障产品的正常运行
当您使用MOZI及相关服务时,为了保障软件与服务的正常运行,我们会收集您的设备型号、设备序列号、操作系统版本号、设备识别符(Android如IMEI、AndroidID、OAID、IMSI、ICCID、GAID、MEID,iOS如IDFV、IDFA; 不同的标识符在有效期、是否可由用户重置以及获取方式方面会有所不同)、软件版本号、登录IP地址、剪切板、设备传感器(加速度传感器、磁场、陀螺仪传感器)、接入网络的方式、类型和状态、网络质量数据、操作日志、服务日志、网络设备硬件地址(设备MAC地址)、存储和电话权限、软件列表信息、WLAN接入点(SSID、BSSID)、蓝牙地址。 请您了解,这些信息是我们提供服务和保障服务正常运行所必须收集的基本信息。
(二)为您提供注册、认证服务
当您注册、登录MOZI及使用相关服务时,您可以通过手机号创建账号,我们将通过发送短信验证码来验证您的身份是否有效。 收集手机号码是履行国家法律法规关于网络实名制要求的必要信息。您可以主动完善相关的网络身份识别信息(如头像、昵称和密码),收集这些信息是为了帮助您完成注册。 您还可以自行填写性别、生日、爱好标签信息来完善您的个人资料。 当您完成账号注册,我们将视为您同意MOZI账号内信息可与我们及我们关联公司的其他产品账号内信息进行互通。
(三)为您提供音图片、文字内容发布
当您使用头像上传、修改用户信息等功能时,您可自行发布图片、文字等内容,我们会向您请求授权相机、相册权限。当您使用安卓设备登录享受服务时,为减少您的流量消耗我们将获取有关您设备的存储权限。在此过程中,您可以自行选择是否向我们提供,如果拒绝提供此项授权,将无法使用此项功能,但不影响您使用UNMOZI的其他功能。我们会根据为您提供服务的需求,保存您上传的照片、文字内容,并根据您的操作对其进行删除。
(四)改善我们的产品或服务
我们还可能为了改善产品或服务的合理需要而获得的您的其他信息,包括您与客服联系时提供的相关反馈信息,您参与问卷调查时向我们发送的问卷答复信息,以及您与我们的关联方、我们合作伙伴之间互动时我们授权获得的相关信息。 对于从您的各种设备上收集到的设备信息,我们可能会将它们进行关联,以便我们能在这些设备上为您提供一致的服务。
(五)为您提供安全保障
为提高您使用我们服务的安全性,保护您、其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,我们使用或整合您的注册信息、设备信息、网络日志,以及您使用应用程序的频率、崩溃数据、总体使用情况、性能数据以及应用程序的来源,来综合判断您账户风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件,并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。 此外,为确保您设备操作环境的安全以及提供我们的产品和/或服务所必需,防止恶意程序和反作弊,我们的合作伙伴会在您同意本隐私协议后,通过其嵌入的SDK获取您设备上已安装或正在运行的必要的软件列表信息,具体请参见下方合作伙伴SDK。 请您知悉,单独的软件列表信息无法识别您的特定身份。

(八)其他目的
在如下情形时,我们会根据法律法规的规定,另行事先征求您的同意:
1.我们将信息用于本协议未载明的其他使用目的、用途;
2.我们将基于特定使用目的收集而来的信息用于其他使用目时。
(九)无需征得授权的例外情况
根据法律法规的规定,在如下情形中收集您的个人信息时无需征得您的授权同意:
1.履行法定义务的;
2.出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的;
3.所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的或被合法的新闻报道等方式所合法公开的;
4.为合法的新闻报道所必需的;
5.学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要,且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时,对结果中所包含的个人信息进行匿名化处理的;
6.法律法规规定的其他情形。
我们在提供产品和/或服务过程中,可能需要向您申请部分设备系统权限,这些权限均不会默认开启,只有经过您的明示授权才会在为实现特定产品功能和/或服务时使用,您也可以撤回授权。 特别需要指出的是,即使经过您的授权,我们获得了相关设备系统权限,也不会在相关功能或服务不需要时而收集您的信息。
三、Cookie和同类技术
Cookie和同类技术是互联网中的通用常用技术。 为确保MOZI平台正常运转、使您获得更轻松的访问体验,我们会在您的移动设备上存储名为Cookie的小数据文件。 Cookie通常包含标识符、站点名称以及一些号码和字符。 借助于Cookie和同类技术,网站及客户端能够存储您的注册帐号、邮箱、密码(加密)和偏好等数据,省去重复填写个人信息。
我们不会将Cookie和同类技术用于本协议所述目的之外的任何用途。当然您也可以自行选择清除移动设备上保存的所有Cookie(我的-设置-清空缓存)。
四、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
(一)我们不会将您的个人信息向MOZI以外的任何公司、组织和个人共享,但以下情况除外:
1. 在获得您(以及监护人)的明确同意或授权或您主动选择的情况下共享。
2. 在法定情形下的共享。我们会根据法律法规规定、争议解决需要,或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求,对外共享您的个人信息。 例如如果我们确定您出现违反法律法规或严重违反MOZI相关协议规则的情况,或为保护MOZI及其关联公司用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,我们可能依据法律法规或平台相关协议规则披露关于您的个人信息。
3. 当MOZI平台发生合并、收购或破产清算情形时,如涉及到个人信息转让,我们会要求继受方继续受本协议的约束,否则我们将要求该公司、组织和个人重新向您征求授权同意。
4. 根据相关法律法规的规定,在以下情形中,共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意:
   a) 与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的;
   b) 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的;
   c) 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的;
   d) 出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的;
   e) 所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的;
   f) 其他法律法规等规定的情形。
根据法律规定,共享、转让经去标识化处理的个人信息,且确保数据接收方无法复原并重新识别个人信息主体的,不属于个人信息的对外共享、转让及公开披露行为,对此类数据的保存及处理将无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
(二)MOZI平台嵌入的外部第三方SDK
为保障我们客户端的稳定运行、功能实现,使您能够使用和享受更多的服务及功能,我们的应用中会嵌入授权合作伙伴的SDK或其他类似的应用程序。 我们会对授权合作伙伴获取有关信息的应用程序接口(API)、软件工具开发包(SDK)进行严格的安全检测,并与授权合作伙伴约定严格的数据保护措施,令其按照本隐私协议以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。 合作伙伴SDK请具体查阅[《合作伙伴SDK目录》]
五、您的权利
(一)访问、更正、删除您的账号信息
当您完成帐号的注册、登录并进行必要的身份验证后,您有权通过以下路径自行访问、更正、删除您的账号信息:
  (1)访问个人信息:点击“我的-头像-个人资料”可查看各基本信息。
  (2)更正个人信息:点击“我的-头像-个人资料”可更正基本信息。 如您有关个人信息相关的问题,请通过本隐私协议第十一条列明的联系方式联系我们,我们核实后为您修改。
  (3)注销账户:点击“我的-设置-账号与安全-注销账号”即可。
请您理解,每个业务功能都需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成,当您撤回同意或授权后,我们无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务,也不再处理您相应的个人信息。 但您撤回同意或授权的决定,不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。
在以下情形中,您也可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:
 (1)如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;
 (2)如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的同意;
 (3)如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定;
 (4)如果您注销了MOZI账户;
 (5)如果我们终止服务及运营。
如我们决定响应您的删除请求,我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的实体,要求其及时删除,除非法律法规另有规定,或这些实体获得您的独立授权。 当您要求我们删除您的个人信息后,我们可能不会立即备份系统中删除相应的信息,但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
请您理解,您注销帐号的行为是不可逆的行为,一旦您注销您的帐号,MOZI平台将删除有关您账户的信息和上传的数据。 同时,您也无法通过已注销的账户获得MOZI平台的服务,如您注销账户再重新注册,原有账户信息也将无法恢复。
(二)向我们进行投诉举报的权利
当您认为您的个人信息可能受到侵害,可以点击“我的-设置-意见反馈”反馈您的问题。 MOZI将尽快审核所涉问题,并在验证您的用户身份后及时予以回复,一般在十五个工作日内作出答复。
(三)查看隐私协议
我们将在注册/登录MOZI账号页面向您提示本隐私协议。或者在APP端通过点击“我的-隐私政策”随时查看本隐私协议的全部内容。
(四)获知停止运营的权利
如果MOZI平台终止服务或运营,我们将及时停止收集您个人信息的活动,并且会至少提前三十日将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您,并在终止服务或运营后对所持有的您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
六、我们如何保护和保存您的个人信息
(一)技术保护措施
我们非常重视您个人信息的安全,将努力采取各种符合业界标准的合理的安全措施来保护您的信息,使您的信息不会被泄漏、毁损或者丢失,包括但不限于SSL、隐私信息加密存储、数据中心的访问控制。 我们会使用加密技术提高个人信息的安全性;我们会使用受信赖的保护机制防止个人信息遭到恶意攻击;我们会部署访问控制机制,尽力确保只有授权人员才可访问个人信息。
(二)安全管理体系
我们有行业先进的以数据为核心,围绕数据生命周期进行的数据安全管理体系,从组织建设、制度设计、人员管理、产品技术、个人信息安全影响评估等方面多维度提升整个系统的安全性。 我们对可能接触到您的信息的员工或外包人员也采取了严格管理,包括但不限于根据岗位的不同采取不同的权限控制,与他们签署保密协议,监控他们的操作情况等措施。 我们会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程,加强员工对于保护个人信息重要性的认识。
(三)账号保护
您的账户均有安全保护功能,请妥善保管您的账户及密码信息。如果您发现账号被盗用或个人信息泄露,请及时联系我们,以便我们采取相应措施。
(四)信息安全事件处理
尽管有前述安全措施,但同时也请您理解在信息网络上不存在“完善的安全措施”。 如不幸发生个人信息安全事件后,我们将按照法律法规的要求向您告知: 安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。 事件相关情况我们将以电话等方式告知您,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。 同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
(五)我们如何保存您的个人信息
1. 存储地点:按照法律法规的规定,我们将在境内运营过程中收集和产生的个人信息存储在中华人民共和国境内,且不会将该等信息向境外传输。 如MOZI因业务发展需要,需向境外进行传输的,将明确告知并征得您的同意。
2. 存储期限:我们会采取合理可行的措施避免收集无关的个人信息。 我们只会在达成本协议所述目的所需的最短期限内保留您的个人信息,除非您同意延长保留期或受到法律的允许。 超出保存期限后,MOZI将删除您的个人信息或采取技术措施进行脱敏化处理,但法律法规另有规定的除外。
七、未成年人隐私保护
我们重视未成年人的个人信息保护, 未满18周岁的未成年人请不要创建自己的账户或使用我们的产品和服务。 如果我们发现在未事先获得可证实的父母同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息,则会尽快删除相关信息。 详见《“UNMOZI”儿童隐私政策》
八、本协议如何更新
本隐私协议更新后,MOZI会在您登录及版本更新时以弹窗的形式向您展示变更后的隐私协议,以便您及时了解本隐私协议的最新版本。如您继续使用我们的服务,表示同意接受修订后的本协议的内容,但是如果更新的内容需要采集视频、获取通讯录、联系方式、地理位置等个人敏感信息,仍会再次以显著方式征求您的同意。 对于重大变更,我们还会提供更为显著的通知(我们会通过包括但不限于短信、私信、在登录页面以弹窗做特别提示等方式,说明隐私协议的具体变更内容)。 本隐私协议所指的重大变更包括但不限于:
  1.我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息的类型、个人信息的使用方式等;
  2.个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化;
  3.您参与个人信息处理方面的权利及其行使方式发生重大变化;
  4.我们负责处理个人信息安全的责任部门、联络方式及投诉渠道发生变化时;
  5.个人信息安全影响评估报告表明存在高风险时。

本隐私协议仅适用于由无锡古牛科技有限公司提供的所有服务,包括MOZI客户端、网站等,不适用于有单独的隐私协议且未纳入本隐私协议的第三方产品或服务。 本隐私协议不适用于MOZI服务中链接到其他第三方的产品或服务,您使用这些第三方服务(包括您向这些第三方提供的任何个人信息),将受这些第三方的服务条款及隐私协议约束(而非本隐私协议),具体规定请您仔细阅读第三方的条款。请您妥善保护自己的个人信息,仅在必要的情况下向第三方提供。
十、争议管辖
本隐私协议的成立、生效、履行、解释及纠纷解决,适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。
若您和我们发生任何纠纷或争议,首先应友好协商解决;协商不成的, 您同意将纠纷或争议提交本隐私协议签订地(江苏省无锡市)梁溪区人民法院诉讼解决。

I. Definitions
Personal Information: refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal and property safety and is likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive personal information includes ID numbers, biometric information, bank account numbers, communication records and content, property information, credit information, location tracking, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years old (inclusive). To help you stay alert while reading, we will highlight sensitive personal information in bold and underline in this Policy.
II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
When you use MOZI software and services, we will collect your personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and ensure that the personal information collected is used only to improve and enhance your user experience.
(1) Ensuring normal operation of the product
When you use MOZI and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the software and services, we will collect your device model, device serial number, operating system version, device identifiers (on Android such as IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID; on iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers may differ in validity period, whether they can be reset by users, and how they are obtained), software version number, login IP address, clipboard, device sensors (accelerometer, magnetic field, gyroscope sensor), network access method, type and status, network quality data, operation logs, service logs, network device hardware address (device MAC address), storage and phone permissions, software list information, WLAN access points (SSID, BSSID), and Bluetooth address. Please understand that this information is basic information necessary for us to provide services and ensure normal service operation.
(2) Providing registration and authentication services
When you register, log in to MOZI, and use related services, you can create an account through your mobile phone number, and we will verify your identity by sending an SMS verification code. Collecting mobile phone numbers is necessary information to fulfill national laws and regulations on real-name registration on the Internet. You may voluntarily complete relevant online identity information (such as avatar, nickname, and password); collecting this information is to help you complete registration. You may also voluntarily fill in gender, birthday, and hobby tag information to complete your profile. When you complete account registration, we will deem that you agree that information in your MOZI account may be shared with accounts in other products of us and our affiliated companies.
(3) Providing audio, image, and text content publishing
When you use functions such as avatar upload and user information modification, you may publish images, text, and other content on your own. We will request camera and album permissions from you. When you log in on an Android device to enjoy services, we will obtain storage permissions on your device to reduce your data consumption. During this process, you may choose whether to provide such authorization to us. If you refuse to provide this authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your use of other UNMOZI functions. We will save the photos and text content you upload as needed to provide services to you, and delete them according to your operations.
(4) Improving our products or services
We may also obtain other information from you for reasonable needs to improve products or services, including feedback information you provide when contacting customer service, questionnaire responses you send when participating in surveys, and relevant information we are authorized to obtain when you interact with our affiliates and partners. For device information collected from your various devices, we may associate it so that we can provide you with consistent services on these devices.
(5) Providing security protection
To improve the security of your use of our services and protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public from infringement, we use or integrate your registration information, device information, network logs, and the frequency of your use of the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application to comprehensively assess account risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law. In addition, to ensure the security of your device operating environment and as necessary to provide our products and/or services, and to prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, our partners will, after you agree to this Privacy Policy, obtain necessary software list information of installed or running software on your device through embedded SDKs. (8) Other purposes
In the following circumstances, we will obtain your prior consent separately in accordance with laws and regulations:
1. We use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy;
2. We use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes.
(9) Exceptions where authorization is not required
In accordance with laws and regulations, your authorization and consent are not required when collecting your personal information in the following circumstances:
1. Fulfilling legal obligations;
2. Protecting the life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals when it is difficult to obtain your consent;
3. The personal information collected is disclosed by you to the public or legally disclosed through lawful news reports or other means;
4. Necessary for lawful news reporting;

In the process of providing products and/or services, we may need to request certain device system permissions from you. These permissions will not be enabled by default and will only be used when specific product functions and/or services are implemented with your explicit authorization. You may also withdraw authorization. It should be particularly noted that even if we have obtained relevant device system permissions with your authorization, we will not collect your information when the relevant functions or services do not require it.

Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. To ensure the normal operation of the MOZI platform and provide you with a more convenient access experience, we will store small data files called Cookies on your mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With the help of Cookies and similar technologies, websites and clients can store your registration account, email, password (encrypted), preferences, and other data, saving you from repeatedly filling in personal information.
We will not use Cookies and similar technologies for any purpose other than those described in this Policy. Of course, you may also choose to clear all Cookies saved on your mobile device (Me - Settings - Clear Cache).

(1) We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside MOZI, except in the following circumstances:
1. Sharing with your (and your guardian's) explicit consent or authorization, or when you actively choose to share.
2. Sharing under statutory circumstances. We will share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, dispute resolution needs, or requirements lawfully raised by administrative or judicial authorities. For example, if we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated MOZI-related agreement rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of MOZI and its affiliated company users or the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or platform-related agreement rules.
3. When the MOZI platform undergoes merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the successor to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise, we will require such company, organization, or individual to obtain your authorization and consent again.
4. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your prior authorization and consent in the following circumstances:
   a) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
   b) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
   c) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you or your consent.
(2) External third-party SDKs embedded in the MOZI platform
To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, and to enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application may embed SDKs or other similar applications of authorized partners. We will conduct strict security testing on application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree on strict data protection measures with authorized partners, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. V. Your Rights
(1) Access, correct, and delete your account information
After you complete account registration, login, and necessary identity verification, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your account information through the following paths:
  (1) Access personal information: tap "Me - Avatar - Profile" to view basic information.
  (2) Correct personal information: tap "Me - Avatar - Profile" to correct basic information. If you have questions related to personal information, please contact us through the contact methods listed in Section XI of this Privacy Policy, and we will modify it for you after verification.
  (3) Cancel account: tap "Me - Settings - Account & Security - Cancel Account".
Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
In the following circumstances, you may also request us to delete personal information:

 (3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
 (4) If you cancel your MOZI account;

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or such entities have obtained your independent authorization. After you request us to delete your personal information, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information in the backup system, but will delete it when the backup is updated.
Please understand that canceling your account is an irreversible action. Once you cancel your account, the MOZI platform will delete information about your account and uploaded data. At the same time, you will not be able to obtain MOZI platform services through a canceled account. If you cancel your account and register again, the original account information cannot be restored.
(2) Right to complain and report to us
When you believe your personal information may have been infringed, you can tap "Me - Settings - Feedback" to report your issue. MOZI will review the relevant issues as soon as possible and respond in a timely manner after verifying your user identity, generally within fifteen business days.
(3) View the Privacy Policy
We will prompt you with this Privacy Policy on the MOZI account registration/login page. Or in the APP, you can view the full content of this Privacy Policy at any time by tapping "Me - Privacy Policy".
(4) Right to be informed of cessation of operations
If the MOZI platform terminates services or operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information and will notify you of the cessation of operations at least thirty days in advance by individual delivery or public announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held after terminating services or operations.
VI. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information
(1) Technical protection measures
We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will strive to take various reasonable security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your information from leakage, damage, or loss, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted storage of privacy information, and access control of data centers. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also understand that there are no "perfect security measures" on information networks. If a personal information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We attach importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Minors under 18 years old should not create their own accounts or use our products and services. If we find that we have collected personal information of minors without verifiable prior parental consent, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible. VIII. How This Policy Is Updated
After this Privacy Policy is updated, MOZI will display the updated Privacy Policy in a pop-up when you log in and when the version is updated, so that you can timely understand the latest version of this Privacy Policy. If you continue to use our services, it means you agree to accept the revised content of this Policy. However, if the updated content requires collecting sensitive personal information such as video, contacts, contact information, or geographic location, we will again obtain your consent in a prominent manner.
